Returns Policy
We have a 100% waterless product money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may replace or ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

 You should expect to receive your refund within  two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 If we receive a returned item because of REFUSED DELIVERY, RETURN TO SENDER, NO FORWARDING ADDRESS or an incorrect address entered by the customer a $9.99 reship charge will be applied to resend the order back to the NEW and CORRECT address.  If a refund is requested it will be refunded minus actual shipping cost of the first attempted delivery.

USPS Priority Mail Estimates Deliver Dates, but at times are not accurate.  Your order will leave our facility within two business days and enter the USPS or UPS(orders over 20#) shipping system. 

Your order leaves our facility within two business days EXPECT DELIVERY IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. 
Distributor (50% off) orders are shipped and charged for actual shipping, approx 12% of order.
